Refund and Replacement Policy

unishtara.com is a developing online multivendor shopping mall. unishtara.com offers a variety of offers and attractive discounts on everyday items such as men’s fashion, women’s fashion, kids & toys, gadgets, accessories, fashion and lifestyle products, healthcare products, home appliances and more. In every case, buyers can purchase products paying the price at home.
Refund Policy
In case of problems with the product after receiving it(eg: product broken, torn, wrong size, product not working, product does not match with the picture, etc.) you can get the full price of the purchased product back subject to the following conditions.
1) You must mail to complain@unishtara.com within maximum 48 hours after receiving the delivery.
2) In case of refund, the product should be in a completely intact condition along with the box.
3) You must return the product to vendor’s shop/ office within 5 working days at your own risk. In this case unishtara.com will provide you all support.
4) If the price of the product is paid is more than the price written on site, then in case of extra price you have to register a complaint by mail to complain@unishtara.com within 48 hours. If your complaint is correct, the extra value you paid will be refunded within 10 working days of complain.
5) In case of advance (bkash/nagad/rocket) payment, if the product is not in stock or the buyer is not willing to take, the order will be canceled and the refund will be given to the number from which the advance payment has been made.
• Note:Our Complaints Team will call you for any complaints regarding products and services. We want to get you active on the phone until your complaint is resolved. If your contact number is not active, an alternative number must be active. You need to tell us the means of refund. If we do not receive any of your cooperation by phone or email within 15 working days, we will consider your complaint to be settled.
6. unishtara.com reserves the right to cancel your order at any time.Delivery will be subject to stock of the product. Due to unavoidable reasons, delivery of the product may take longer than the seller’s promised delivery time
Replacement Policy
Customers will get replacement of the product subject to the following conditions only for those products which are priced above Rs. 2000 / –
1) You can get a replacement in case of product problems (eg: product broken, torn, wrong size, product not working, product does not match with the picture, etc.).
2) The product must be completely intact with the box.
3) You have to mail to complain@unishtara.com within maximum 48 hours after receiving the delivery.
4) You must return the product to vendor’s shop/ office within 5 working days at your own risk. In this case unishtara.com will provide you all support.
5) The maximum courier charge of Tk 80 inside Dhaka and Tk 120 outside Dhaka will be refunded to the customer for sending the product to the vendor shop/office.
