Custom Order Policy
Handmade with love, just for you. ♡
This policy is for custom (made-to-order) pieces. Ready-made items in our shop, digital files and Falcon AI follow our Terms & Conditions and Shipping & Returns.
01 — Placing an order
DM us on WhatsApp or Facebook, or use the Contact page, with your desired item, preferred colours, size, design and any special requirements — a reference photo helps a lot. We will confirm the details, price and estimated completion time in writing before we start. Please check this summary carefully: it is what we will make.
02 — Advance payment
A 50% advance payment confirms your order, and work starts after we receive it. The remaining 50% is paid as agreed when your order is confirmed — before dispatch, or cash on delivery for physical pieces.
03 — Payment methods
We accept bKash, Nagad and cash on delivery (for physical products). Please pay only to the number shown on unishtara.com or given by us, and send us the transaction ID or a screenshot. We will never ask for your PIN or OTP — never share them with anyone.
04 — Processing time
Each piece is handmade with care, so completion time depends on the size, complexity and our current workload. Your estimated time is confirmed before your order is accepted. If anything delays your piece, we will tell you as early as possible. Need it by a special date (a birthday or Eid)? Please tell us when you order.
05 — Customization
Colours, size and design can be discussed and changed before work begins. Once production starts, changes may not be possible, or may cost extra and take more time.
06 — Cancellation & refunds
Once work has started, the 50% advance is non-refundable, because your piece is made only for you. Please review and confirm all details before paying. If we cannot complete your order for any reason, we will refund your full advance through the same payment method.
07 — Delivery
Delivery charges are paid by the customer and are told to you before the order is finalized (inside or outside Dhaka City). Please give a complete address and a phone number we can reach. Courier times after dispatch can vary.
08 — Handmade nature
Every piece is made by hand, so small differences in size, stitch or shade from photos or samples are normal and part of its charm. Colours can also look slightly different on different screens.
09 — Materials
If a chosen colour or material is not available, we will contact you with the closest options before going ahead.
10 — Damaged or wrong items
If your piece arrives damaged or clearly different from what we agreed, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos (an unboxing video helps). We will review it and offer a repair, replacement or another fair solution. This does not reduce your rights under Bangladesh consumer law.
11 — Collection & final payment
Please complete the remaining payment and receive your order within the agreed time. If we cannot reach you for a long time after your piece is ready, the order may be treated as cancelled, and the advance stays non-refundable.
12 — Photos of your piece
We may share photos of your finished piece on our website and social pages — never with your personal details. Just tell us if you would prefer we don’t.
